“Customer” refers to any person or entity who accesses, uses, or purchases products or services provided by the company. This includes both registered users and visitors, whether for personal, business, or commercial purposes, and who agree to comply with the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.

The client is obligated to pay for all ordered items, as well as any services or instructions provided to Pixpulse Studio or its team members. Payment for the chosen items or services must be made within 1 hour of confirming the date. If payment is not received within this timeframe, an administrative fee of $50 excluding VAT will be applied. For invoices, the amount must be paid within 7 days after sending.
The client is responsible for providing high-quality images, including clear photos from multiple angles, in high resolution, and well-lit conditions. Additionally, accurate and complete product information must be provided. These elements are crucial for creating an effective product listing design. We are not responsible for the final result if the material provided does not meet the requirements.

After requesting a file three times, an administration fee of $50 will be applied for any subsequent requests for the same design order.
We are not obligated to permanently store orders on our computers. It is the customer’s responsibility to securely store their orders and create backups of all received files.
The price includes a 30-minute feedback session, during which we can make minor adjustments, such as text edits, color changes, or repositioning elements. Major changes, like a complete redesign or significant alterations to the image, are not covered. Any work that exceeds the 30-minute feedback time will be billed separately based on a new quote.
PixPulseStudio reserves the right to include client images in its portfolio, unless the client requests otherwise. If confidentiality is a concern, PixPulseStudio will cooperate and remove the images upon request.
