Dieline & Stock Lock
Your printer’s dieline, stock, finish and print method confirmed before any artwork is started.
The first thing a customer actually touches
Retail and Amazon-ready packaging built on your printer’s dieline and printed the way you approved it. Pouches, boxes, labels and inserts, designed as one system.
Recent work across pouches, product boxes, labels and mailers, delivered print-ready on the printer’s own dieline.
Seven years of building the pack that arrives at the customer’s door, and the artwork the printer never sends back.
A pack can look beautiful on a monitor and still fail on press, on the shelf, or as a 500px Amazon thumbnail.
Packaging has two jobs that pull against each other: survive the print run, and sell on a shelf and a screen.
Get one right and lose the other, and you pay for it in a reprint.
If your box looks generic in an unboxing video, or the pouch front is unreadable as an Amazon thumbnail, the pack is already costing you more than a redesign.
We build on their dieline, with the bleed, safe margins and colour profile they asked for, and export the way they requested.
The front panel is judged at Amazon gallery size and at shelf distance, not at 100% on a designer’s monitor.
Barcode, net weight, ingredients, warnings and origin are placed as part of the layout, not squeezed in at the end.
Every pack follows a visible five-stage system, so nothing reaches the press that has not been checked on the real dieline.
Your printer’s dieline, stock, finish and print method confirmed before any artwork is started.
What goes on every panel: front, back, sides, seal. Written out and approved by you first.
Artwork built inside safe margins, with barcode, weights, claims and warnings placed as part of the layout.
The front panel is judged at shelf distance and at Amazon gallery size, the two places it has to work.
Bleed, colour profile, spot colours and outlined type checked, then packaged exactly the way your printer asked.
AI assists the workflow. A professional designer makes every final decision.
Why this mattersNo add-on line items and no upsell list. Every one of these is inside the price of a standard pack.
Bleed, safe margins, crop marks and the exact colour profile your printer specified, packaged the way they asked.
Artwork laid out on your printer’s own dieline, so nothing important lands in a fold, a gusset or a seal.
Barcode, net weight, ingredients, warnings and country of origin placed properly, at the right size and quiet zone.
Photoreal pack mockups from the same artwork, ready for your listing, your deck and social.
One system applied across flavours, sizes and variants, so a shelf of your products reads as one brand.
The front panel checked at Amazon gallery size before it goes anywhere near a press.
A single good-looking pouch does very little. What moves a brand is a shelf where every flavour, size and variant is obviously the same family, and a customer can find the one they want in two seconds.
So the system is designed once: colour logic for variants, a fixed panel structure, one type hierarchy. Adding a flavour next year is a swap, not a redesign.

Senior art direction paired with a repeatable prepress system, so the pack sells on the shelf and still comes back right from the press.

Yes, and we prefer to. We build on their dieline, use the colour profile they specify, and package the files exactly the way their prepress team asks. You are never locked to one printer.
A print-ready PDF with bleed, crop marks and the correct colour profile, layered source files on request, and photoreal 3D mockups of the finished pack.
A standard pack takes 4 to 7 business days. A full range takes longer, depending on how many SKUs share the system. The exact scope and delivery date are confirmed before work begins.
That is what the thumbnail check is for. A front panel has to work at shelf distance and at Amazon gallery size, and those need different type sizes. We design for both before sign-off.
You supply the GS1 barcode. We place it at the correct size with the right quiet zone and check it against your printer’s minimum, so it scans on the first try.
Yes. The system is designed once, then applied across every flavour, size and variant, so a shelf of your products reads as one brand instead of a set of unrelated packs.
Yes, selectively, for concepts and supporting scenes. Every dimension, panel and legal element is checked against your dieline and spec before delivery. Art direction and final quality stay under human control.
Send your printer’s dieline, or just the pack you have now. We’ll come back with the panel plan, a fixed price and a delivery date.
